Refund policy

All return, exchange & refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date according to the tracking record.

Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and with the tag still intact can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.


Returns

To Start a return, you must contact us at info@rivierenoire.shop with your order number and the pieces you'd like to return. Returns without prior communication and request for a return or will not be accepted.

Please note: 

  • We do not refund original shipping fees and we do not cover return costs for return & exchange requests.  
  • Discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order.
  • Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. 

The item must first be shipped to and arrive at our location before a refund can be provided.


Please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to show up on your account after the refund has been processed.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if  the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@rivierenoire.shop with your order number and the piece that is defective. Please provide pictures of the damaged or faulty product so we can start the refund or ship back procedure. 


Exchanges

To Start a exchange, you must contact us at info@rivierenoire.shop with your order number and the pieces you'd like to exchange. Exchanges without prior communication and request for an exchange will not be accepted.

The fastest way to get an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will be refunded and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
